Google Analytics

The website La Rosa di San Valentino also includes certain components transmitted by Google Analytics, a web traffic analysis service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Again we are dealing with third-party cookies collected and managed anonymously to monitor and improve the performance of the host site (performance cookies).

Google Analytics uses “cookies” to collect and analyse anonymously the use of the website La Rosa di San Valentino (including the user’s IP address). This information is collected by Google Analytics, which processes in order to prepare reports for operators of La Rosa di San Valentino regarding activities on the websites themselves. Duration of cookies

Some cookies (session cookies) remain active only until the close of thebrowser or execution of the command logout. Other cookies “survive” at the close of thebrowser and are also available in future visits. 

These cookies are called persistent cookies and their lifetime is set by the server when they are created. In some cases a deadline is set, in other cases the duration is unlimited.

La Rosa di San Valentino does not use persistent cookies.
